not really recommandable, overestimates the SPD's resistance, leaves out the important contribution of SAPD, KPO and ISK (and the FAUD) and doesn't touch the most important KPD groups of the war, etc. ... don't think that the author has a deeper knowledge of the German-language literature about working class/workers' movements' resistance 1933-45
